I have many different health events including physical and virtual events, what should I do?

You can simply combine several packages by specifying the number of physical events and the number of virtual events, and subscribing to the appropriate package for each type.

Can I cancel my subscription after paying the fee?

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of the subscription date. The fee will be refunded minus 30% of the amount paid as an administration fee.

What are the accepted payment methods?

At Afaq platform, we accept various payment methods, which include banking transfer, Mada, MasterCard, and Visa cards, in addition to the installment service through approved systems.

  • If the training activity matches your professional specialization a notification window will appear for the success of the addition.

  2. Choose the payment method that suits you (VISA, MasterCard, Mada, Bank Transfer)

What are the certificates provided?

How can I get a certificate of attendance?

When can I get a certificate of attendance?

The certificate appears automatically on the day after the activity if you:

  • Complete 75% of the duration of the activity.
  • Solve the test or fill out the assessment questionnaire (if any).

A person who violates either of these two conditions is not entitled to claim a certificate of attendance or CME hours.

What is the mechanism for calculating CME hours?

CME hours are calculated automatically by the platform, and attendance of the accredited course is calculated upon completion of 75% of the total course duration.

Who is responsible for uploading the CME hours to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties?

According to the accreditation of the event, either AFAQ platform or the entity providing the event.

When will CME hours be added?

AFAQ platform takes 5 working days to upload the attendance list to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the hours earned will be updated to your account on (Mumaris +) by the Commission.

Why haven't CME hours been credited to my account?

It takes 5 working days to upload the attendance list and then the hours on your account are automatically updated.

CME hours may not be counted because:

  • Your specialization does not match the approved specialization of the activity.
  • Having other CME hours registered to you at the same time for another activity.
  • Your status on Mumaris+ is Classified and unregistered.
  • Wrong SCFHS license number on the platform.
The CME hours have not been added to my account, what should I do?

If the course is provided by a third party through AFAQ platform, you need to communicate with the party that provides the course, but if the course is provided by the platform directly, you can contact our technical support via (add the link to the communication page)
