Define the concept of employee health and well-being accurately and identify at least four key dimensions (physical, psychological, emotional, and social) with 100% accuracy in a short end-of-session assessment.
Explain at least three benefits of employee well-being on productivity, employee engagement, and staff retention, as demonstrated through a post-activity evaluation.
Identify at least three workplace risk factors that negatively affect employee health and well-being (e.g., excessive workload, role ambiguity, lack of managerial support) during group discussions or case analysis.
Apply two evidence-based strategies to enhance well-being (such as employee assistance programs or flexible work policies) within a practical or hypothetical scenario during interactive activities.
Demonstrate the ability to recognize early signs of psychological stress or burnout by identifying at least two behavioral or performance-related indicators through scenario analysis by the end of the session.
Develop one actionable initiative to improve employee well-being, including a clear objective, implementation steps, and at least one measurable indicator, to be implemented within four weeks after the activity.
Evaluate the effectiveness of well-being initiatives using at least two measurable indicators (such as absenteeism rates, turnover rates, employee engagement levels, or satisfaction survey results) following implementation.
