  • Goals & Objectives:-
  • Identify the six components of the STABLE program with at least 80% accuracy on the post-course assessment.

  • Describe the principles and appropriate management of glucose, temperature, airway, and blood pressure during neonatal stabilization according to the STABLE approach.

  • Apply the STABLE guidelines to newborn stabilization before transport in accordance with institutional protocols.

  • Explain effective communication strategies with families and multidisciplinary healthcare team members during neonatal stabilization and transport preparation.



  • Learning outcomes:-
  • Participants will be able to recognize and manage key stabilization issues related to Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, and Emotional Support, and apply standardized evidence-based practices to improve neonatal outcomes.
