  • Appraise the challenges male nursing students face in clinical settings and design strategies to improve their clinical experiences.
  • Compare the effectiveness of hot and cold debriefing methods on BLS competence and apply the best method in nursing education.
  • Evaluate the integration of pediatric simulation into nursing education and implement it in the next semester.
  • Assess key strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care in practice settings and apply them
  • Describe the challenges and benefits of genetic testing in psychiatric nursing and create strategies for its integration into practice.
  • Identify barriers to effective pain assessment and formulate solutions to improve patient outcomes
  • Explain the process of reporting adverse events related to medical devices and implement a reporting protocol
  • Design and apply strategies from the Zero Harm Program to enhance patient safety and outcomes in healthcare settings.
  • Identify technological innovations in nursing and apply them in practice to improve patient care
  • Evaluate factors contributing to clinical excellence and implement best practices in nursing settings
  • Analyze the relationship between organizational justice, bullying, and nurse outcomes, and design strategies to prevent bullying.
  • Increase ethical decision-making confidence among nurse leaders and apply decision-making models to improve practice.
  • Learning Outcomes:
  • By the end of this conference, healthcare practitioners will be able to improve nurse retention, integrate evidence-based practices, and evaluate faculty readiness. They will enhance technological skills, especially in AI, and apply simulation to improve clinical competence. Practitioners will use debriefing to enhance BLS skills, improve patient safety, and address challenges in genetic testing, pain assessment, and ethical decision-making, optimizing overall healthcare delivery.
